Emphasis on circulation and build-up play
Preparations for the upcoming “battle” against Rijeka continue and everyone’s minds are focused solely on qualifying.
On Tuesday (26.08) the squad worked mainly on tactical aspects, with an emphasis on build-up play and movement of the ball through exercises and games, while the day ended with the players contesting a mini-friendly match.
All the players trained normally.
On Wednesday (27.08) PAOK will train at 18:00 in Nea Mesimvria. The program will be open to media representatives for 15 minutes.
At 13:00, Razvan Lucescu’s pre-game press conference will be held. The players will be represented by Jonjoe Kenny.
The Croatians will train at 19:30 at the Toumba Stadium, with the session again being open to media representatives for 15 minutes, while at 19:00, Rijeka’s press conference will be held in the Toumba Stadium press room.
