Detailed Information
1st period (11.07.2025 10:00 to 24.07.2025 17:00)
During the first availability period (until 24.07), the holders of 2024–25 season tickets will have the right either to renew their seat at the renewal price or to change gate or seat at the preferential renewal price.
From Friday 25.07, last season’s holders will no longer have the right to renew their seat. Non-season ticket holders will not be able to purchase a season ticket during the 1st availability period.
Clarifications for the 1st period
After the fan fills in their details (Full name, ID/Passport number & AMKA), they must type the AMKA number in the “coupon” field, then click “save”, “update” & “continue” in order to proceed to the final payment step.
In the renewal form, season ticket holders of gates 4A & 7A must enter the number 4 or 7 respectively in the “gate” field along with the letter A in English characters, while season ticket holders of gate VipA must enter only the letter A in English characters without the “Vip”.
Discounted categories will not have the option to change seat or gate during the 1st availability period. If they wish to change seat or gate, they must purchase during the 2nd period, where the price of the discounted category does not change.
2nd period (25.07.2025 10:00 to 03.08.2025 17:00)
From 25.07.2025 10:00 onwards, all seats that were not renewed will be released and become available for sale to all interested parties.

- Renewal: Every holder of a 2024–25 season ticket has the right to renew their seat or change seat/gate at a preferential price until 24.07.
- New: Available in all gates from 25.07.
- Child (Up to 15 years old): Every child season ticket from the 2025–26 season can be bought provided that the parent/guardian’s season ticket has already been bought and the child was born on or after 01.01.2010. Child season tickets are not sold individually and will not be available in gates 4 – 4A – VIP – VIPA. The number of available child season tickets is limited.
- Disabled: To issue a disabled season ticket, a disability certificate of 67% or more is required, valid until at least 31.05.2026. Disabled season tickets will not be available in gates 4 – 4A – VIP – VIPA. The number of available disabled season tickets is limited. PAOK FC will not store any health data, even temporarily.

The online season ticket sales system will open on 11.07.2025 at 10:00 and will close for the 1st availability period on 24.07.2025 at 17:00. For the 2nd availability period, it will open on 25.07.2025 at 10:00 and close permanently on 03.08.2025 at 17:00.
After successful completion of the purchase, the fan will receive a confirmation email at the declared email address, which includes the QR code and the Gov.gr wallet ticket code, along with all necessary information in order to add and verify the season ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet application, to gain entry to the Toumba stadium.
We clarify that without adding the season ticket to the Gov.gr Wallet application, entry to the Toumba stadium will not be possible.
- Debit card (Mastercard/Visa)
- Credit card (Mastercard/Visa) with the option of up to 10 interest-free installments. All credit cards issued by domestic financial institutions are accepted for installment purchases. Transactions cannot be made using DINERS CLUB or AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
Companies wishing to issue an invoice must select “Sales Invoice” in the “Document Type” field at the payment stage and then enter the company details into the system.
Payment must be made exclusively via a corporate card.
After verifying the accuracy of the submitted company information, the invoice will be sent electronically to the email address of the registered season ticket holder.
- Each individual may hold only one season ticket.
- For online purchases, only one (1) season ticket is allowed per account.
- After the purchase, it will not be possible to change seat or cancel the transaction.
- VIP/VIPA season ticket holders are entitled to a parking spot at the school complex near the stadium, subject to approval by the school board. This privilege does not apply to complimentary VIP/VIPA season tickets. Eligible holders will be informed via email on how to collect their parking card.
- Season ticket holders (except for discounted categories: child, disabled, and non-Greek residents) will have the right to transfer their ticket through the Gov.gr Wallet. The transfer option will be available in the Gov.gr Wallet app until 6 hours before each match, for security reasons. The maximum number of transfers is 10 per season.
- We inform all fans that entry to the stadium will not be possible without using the Gov.gr Wallet application. Therefore, installation is mandatory for those who do not already have it.
The season ticket must be added and verified in the Gov.gr Wallet, by following the procedure set by current legislation, in order to gain access to Toumba stadium.
To download the app, users must log in using their TaxisNet or web banking credentials, and must have a verified mobile number in the National Communication Registry (E.M.Ep).
The Gov.gr Wallet app is available for free in the Apple Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). - Please note: the person declared as the season ticket holder on PAOK FC’s ticketing platform must be the same person who verifies the ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet application.

1. After logging in with my Taxisnet / web banking credentials, I receive an error message stating that there is a problem with my login. What can I do?
- Please ensure that you are entering your Taxisnet / web banking credentials correctly. Additionally, you can try the following corrective steps:
- Restart your device.
- Force stop the app from your system settings and relaunch it.
- Clear the app’s cache and data.
- Force stop Chrome (for Android) or your device’s default browser from system settings and relaunch it.
- Clear the cache and data of Chrome (for Android) or your device’s default browser.
- After completing each of the above steps, try logging into the app again.
2. The app stops working after I log in with my Taxisnet / web banking credentials. What can I do?
Please check the following:
- You have installed the latest version of the app from official distribution channels (e.g., not from a device backup).
- You are connected to the internet. Avoid using VPN and use mobile data.
- You have set a PIN, pattern, or biometric authentication for device lock.
- Your device is running the latest version of its operating system.
- Your default browser is updated to the latest version and cookies are enabled.
- Your device’s date and time are set to update automatically.
- You have not acquired full administrative rights or root access to your device.
You can also try the following corrective steps. After each step, restart your device and try logging into the app again:
- Restart your device.
- Check for and install new operating system updates.
- Check for and install new updates of the app from official distribution channels.
- Force stop the app from your system settings and relaunch it.
- Clear the app’s cache and data.
- Force stop Chrome (for Android) or your device’s default browser from system settings and relaunch it.
- Clear the cache and data of Chrome (for Android) or your device’s default browser.
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it from official distribution channels.
3. I have a question about the app that is not covered in the FAQ. Where can I turn to?

4. What do I need to do after purchasing a ticket?
- Check that the Gov.gr Wallet app is installed on your mobile device. If not, you must first register with the National Communication Registry via emep.gov.gr. Once registered, download the Gov.gr Wallet, which is available on both Google Play and the App Store. Detailed instructions are available at https://wallet.gov.gr.
5. How do I verify my ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet app?
- After purchasing a ticket through one of PAOK FC’s ticketing channels, open the Gov.gr Wallet app, go to the main menu and select “Tickets”, then tap the top right “+” icon to add a new ticket and enter the unique ticket code sent to you by the provider. The QR Code or Barcode will then appear, which you will use to enter the stadium.
6. How is entry to the stadium handled for minors?
- For minors under 18, the legal guardian verifies the ticket and saves it in the app. If the minor is accompanied by another adult, during the ticket verification process, the guardian must declare the VAT number (AFM) of the adult who will accompany the minor — provided that this adult has already verified and saved their own ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet.
- Minors over 15 years old, who have personal TAXISnet credentials and a mobile phone number registered in the National Communication Registry (emep.gov.gr), will follow the same procedure as adults for entering stadiums via the Gov.gr Wallet.
- The guardian declares your VAT number (AFM), provided that you have already verified your own ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet. You will then receive an email notification and, upon accepting the declaration of accompaniment through the Gov.gr Wallet app, you can save the minor’s ticket in your own Gov.gr Wallet.
- This process — including the declaration or change of accompaniment — can also be completed at tickets.gov.gr.
7. Can a third person (not the legal guardian) accompany a minor under 15?
- Yes, but only if the minor holds a season ticket. The legal guardian opens the Gov.gr Wallet app, selects the minor’s season ticket under the “Tickets” section, taps the [⋮] icon on the top right, chooses “Change Guardian,” and enters the VAT number (AFM) of the person who will accompany the minor to the match. That person will receive an email notification, open the Gov.gr Wallet app, accept the request, and the minor’s ticket will be added to their digital wallet.
- Until the guardian revokes this accompaniment — via the same method — the declared adult will accompany the minor to PAOK football or basketball matches.
8. Can I transfer my season ticket through the Gov.gr Wallet app?
- Yes. A fan who has verified and added their season ticket to the Gov.gr Wallet may transfer it to another individual. Open the Gov.gr Wallet, go to “Tickets,” select your season ticket, then tap the [⋮] icon and select “Transfer.” Enter the VAT number (AFM) of the person you wish to transfer it to. They will receive an email notification and, upon accepting it in their Gov.gr Wallet, the season ticket will be added to their account.
- Season tickets in special categories (e.g., for persons with disabilities, minors, and foreign residents registered as “non-GR visitors”) cannot be transferred.
- Maximum number of transfers: 10 per season.
- The transfer option is available up to 6 hours before each match for security reasons.
9. I don’t have TAXISnet credentials but I have a passport. Can I verify my ticket in Gov.gr Wallet?
- If you are a permanent resident abroad with a third-country passport or a new-format ID, you can verify your ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet app as a guest. You will need your ticket code and a passport equipped with an NFC chip, which the app must be allowed to read.
10. I am over 67 years old. Can I verify my ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet app?
- If you own a smartphone, you can verify your ticket via the Gov.gr Wallet using the detailed instructions.
- According to Greek law, a Greek fan over 67 years old without a smartphone may present themselves at a designated help desk outside the stadium (operated by PAOK FC) on matchdays during announced hours. A valid ID document must be presented to verify identity.

13. Are changes or cancellations allowed?
- After purchasing a ticket, the holder has no right of withdrawal, no claim for a full or partial refund, nor any form of compensation from PAOK FC.
Additionally, if access to the stadium is denied or the holder is expelled in accordance with the General Stadium Entry Terms, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another match ticket.
14. What if I don’t have an AMKA (Social Security Number)?
- If a fan does not have an AMKA, they can change their nationality in the NATIONALITY field. This will remove the AMKA requirement.
15. What if my child does not have an ID card?
- If the child does not possess a police-issued ID, you may enter “0” in the ID field.

17. I forgot my password. What should I do?
- If you forgot your password, hover over “My Account” in the upper-right corner and select “Forgot your password? Reset here.”
Enter the email you used during registration and click “Send.” - You will receive a confirmation email stating, “To reset your password, please follow the link below.” Click the link to return to the site, enter a new password, and save it.
- If you do not receive the email, check your inbox as well as the Junk, Spam, and Trash folders for a message with the subject “PAOK F.C. Password Reset.”
18. How can I change my account information?
- To change or update your account info, log into the website, hover over your account in the top-right corner, and select “Account.” A profile form will appear. Update the details and click “Save.” Once saved, the changes are applied, and you may continue browsing.
19. I get a message that the AMKA I entered has already been used. What should I do?
- According to current legislation, each fan can own only one ticket/season ticket under their personal details using their AMKA.
- For each match, the AMKA is required for the purchase of one ticket only. If you already own a season ticket, you cannot buy a single-match ticket.
- If you try to use your AMKA for additional tickets, the order will not proceed.
- In case your previous transaction failed (e.g., network issue, bank timeout, insufficient balance), you must wait at least 15 minutes for the AMKA and Fan Card number to be released.
- We recommend you empty your cart, log out, and clear your browser history before attempting a new purchase.
20. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
- If no confirmation screen appears after submitting your payment details, or if you see an error or service interruption, check your account under the “My Transactions” section.

21. Accepted payment methods for tickets/season tickets
- To buy tickets via our official website, you must use a VISA or MASTERCARD debit or credit card.
- Single-match tickets must be paid in full.
