TERMS OF USE FOR PAOK FC TICKETS AND STADIUM ENTRY FOR THE 2025–2026 SEASON

The following special terms apply to tickets (for individual matches and season tickets) of PAOK FC for the 2025–2026 season.

  • “Ticket” is defined as the numbered and personal ticket, with its number corresponding to a specific seated spectator’s seat, which grants its holder the right of entry to the Stadium, provided the procedure required by applicable legislation regarding identification and ticket use is followed. Tickets are issued in digital form and verified through the Gov.gr Wallet application (https://tickets.gov.gr), except in cases specified in the applicable legislation. “Stadium” is defined as the venue used as the home ground of PAOK FC and where the team plays as host (Toumba Stadium or any other venue in case of relocation). Where specific provisions apply to Season Ticket holders, these are expressly stated in the present terms.
  • Every fan attending the Stadium to watch a match must carry their ID card or passport for identification against the details printed on the Ticket. If identification is not possible, PAOK FC has the right to deny entry to the Stadium. The ticket holder will not be entitled to any compensation from PAOK FC and will be subject to the consequences provided by law. Should the current legislation be amended, PAOK FC reserves the right to amend these terms accordingly and for as long as required.
  1. Acceptance of Ticket Terms: By purchasing a PAOK FC Ticket, the holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms regarding the use of Tickets and entry into the Stadium.
  2. Provision of Personal Data for Ticket Purchase: Tickets are always numbered and personal, with the ticket number corresponding to a specific seat. At the time of purchase, the entry of required personal details (ID or passport number, Social Security Number – Α.Μ.Κ.Α.) is mandatory. To enter the Stadium, the ticket holder must present their ID card or passport for identification and provide proof of their Social Security Number (Α.Μ.Κ.Α.).
  3. Valid Ticket: A Ticket is valid only if purchased electronically through PAOK FC’s official sales channels and authorized representatives, or printed via the print-at-home service (if available), through dv4.paokfc.gr and www.ticketmaster.gr. Anyone acquiring a Ticket from any other source runs the risk of obtaining a stolen, forged, or otherwise unlawfully obtained ticket, which may result in denial of entry or expulsion from the Stadium, and legal consequences as provided by law.
  4. Rights of Season Ticket Holders: By purchasing a Season Ticket, the holder is entitled to entry to PAOK FC’s home Stadium, provided they follow the legal identification and ticket use procedure, for matches of the regular season and playoffs of the Stoiximan Super League 2025–2026, the Greek Cup, UEFA qualifying and Group Stage matches, and the team’s friendlies during the 2025–2026 season, in a specific gate, row, and seat.
  5. Transfer or Assignment of Tickets: Tickets are personal. Exceptionally, the transfer of a Season Ticket to another person is permitted exclusively via the Gov.gr Wallet application, as stipulated by sports law and PAOK FC announcements, subject to amendment in line with future legislation. If a ticket is used by someone other than the named holder or the lawful transferee, PAOK FC reserves the right to cancel the Ticket and deny entry.
  6. Prohibition of Exchange, Resale, or Commercial Use of Tickets: The exchange, resale, or commercial trading of Tickets is strictly prohibited, as is procuring tickets for third parties as part of a commercial or business activity. Furthermore, Tickets may not be used for political, commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes (e.g., as prizes in competitions) without PAOK FC’s written approval. PAOK FC reserves the right to cancel such Tickets at any time.
  7. No Refund Policy: Once purchased, Tickets cannot be revoked, refunded (in whole or part), or exchanged, nor is the holder entitled to any compensation from PAOK FC. In cases of denied entry or expulsion from the Stadium under the Entry Terms, no refund or exchange for another match will be granted.
  8. Postponement, Cancellation, or Matches Behind Closed Doors: In case of postponement or rescheduling, the holder uses the same Ticket without entitlement to replacement, cancellation, or refund unless otherwise decided by PAOK FC. In case of cancellation or matches behind closed doors, holders are not entitled to withdraw, request a refund, or claim compensation of any form.
  9. Seat Change or Entry Restrictions: PAOK FC may, without liability, reassign a Season Ticket holder to another seat within the same stand, or deny entry, if legal restrictions or health-related measures are imposed regarding stadium access or attendance percentages. PAOK FC may provide compensatory benefits to Season Ticket holders deprived of entry for reasons imposed by the authorities during the 2025–2026 season.
  10. Sanctions or Venue Change: If PAOK FC’s home ground is sanctioned or changed for any reason (e.g., weather, disciplinary decision, Super League/Greek FA/UEFA ruling, PAOK FC decision), holders must retain their Ticket, which will remain valid for the new date or venue unless PAOK FC decides otherwise. Season Ticket holders will have priority. If the new venue’s capacity is insufficient to accommodate all Tickets, holders have no claims or rights to compensation from PAOK FC.
  11. Personal Data of Ticket Holders: By purchasing a Ticket, holders consent to PAOK FC collecting, storing, and processing their personal data, as required by Sports Law (Law 2725/1999) and its provisions. Additional data may be processed with prior explicit consent for promotional purposes by PAOK FC or its partners. PAOK FC fully complies with the GDPR (EU 2016/679), Greek law (Law 4624/2019), and its Privacy Policy (available at dv4.paokfc.gr). Ticket holders’ data for single-match tickets will be stored for one (1) year. Season Ticket holders’ data will be stored for five (5) years after the last purchase, for tax compliance, customer service, and defense of PAOK FC’s legal interests. Ticket holders retain rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, exclusion from automated processing (including profiling), and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Details are in PAOK FC’s Privacy Policy (dv4.paokfc.gr). Queries may be directed to [email protected].
  12. Prohibition of Entry or Immediate Removal: PAOK FC may immediately remove or ban, without compensation, any Ticket holder who:

  15. CCTV: Ticket holders acknowledge and accept that CCTV operates for safety and crime prevention during entry, stay, and exit.
  16. Personal Safety and Belongings: Ticket holders are solely responsible for their personal safety, for minors they accompany, and for safeguarding personal belongings.
  17. Misconduct or Disorderly Conduct: If a Ticket holder participates in incidents, misconduct, or actions that tarnish the match, sport, PAOK FC, or its athletes, PAOK FC reserves the right to remove or ban them without notice or compensation.
  18. Liability of Ticket Holders: Ticket holders are liable to PAOK FC for any unlawful or negligent act or omission in breach of law or these Terms, covering all damages (direct and consequential). PAOK FC reserves the right to pursue criminal charges.
  19. Non-Compliance: In case of non-compliance with these Terms, PAOK FC may confiscate and cancel the Ticket, denying entry or stay.
  20. Amendments: PAOK FC may amend or update these Terms periodically by publishing a new version on its official website, especially in case of legislative changes regarding stadium attendance. Changes will be posted on the website if they materially affect consumer rights.
