Tsiftis’ stunning save
Antonis Tsiftsis’s incredible save from Domagoj Vida’s header in the game against AEK at the OPAP Arena is the PAOK TV Play Of The Month for October, according to your votes.
It was the 18th minute of the match when AEK defender Vida met the ball perfectly with a powerful header that looked a certain goal. However, AEK did not count on the reflees of Antonis Tsiftsis . The PAOK goalkeeper leaped to pull off an incredible intervention that managed to keep the ball out.
And in the poll for the October Play Of The Month, Tsiftsis collected 53.78% of the votes and took the individual award.
In second place was the magical dribble and assist by Kiril Despodov for Andrija Zivkovic in the match against Lille in France, and the podium was completed by Giannis Michailides who also provided the assist for A. Zivkovic to score in the same game with a majestically measured long ball.
