International call-ups

The penultimate international break of 2025 is here and PAOK’s international players have already flew the nest in view of their obligations with their countries’ representative teams.

Greece are preparing for two crucial matches that could determine their path to the 2026 World Cup. Both Giannis Konstantelias and Giannis Michailidis have been called up by Ivan Jovanovic for the away games in Scotland (09.10, 21:45) and Denmark (12.10, 21:45).

There are also two World Cup qualifying matches for Andrija Zivkovic , who was called up to the Serbia squad for the home game against Albania on 11.10 and the away game against Andorra on 14.10.

Kiril Despodov is also in the Bulgaria squad that welcomes Turkey on 11.10 and then goes to Spain on 14.10 – both matches are World Cup qualifiers.

Tomasz Kedziora is back in the Polish national team squad that on 09.10 plays New Zealand in a friendly, before meeting Lithuania on 12.10 in a World Cup qualifier away from home.

Luka Gugesashvili is also in Georgia’s squad, which will travel to Spain to play on 11.10 and then against Turkey on 14.10 in World Cup qualifying.

PAOK B man Karel Mustma has also been called up to the Estonia squad for the World Cup qualifiers with Italy on 11.10 and Moldova on 14.10.

In the Greece Under-21 squad Dimitris Monastirlis and Konstantinos Polykratis will represent PAOK for the two away matches of EURO 2027 qualifiers, with Germany for the 2nd matchday (10.10, 19:00) and Latvia for the 3rd matchday (14.10, 17:00).

Lysandros Papastylianou of PAOK B was called up to the Cyprus Under-21’s for the match Romania – Cyprus on 14.10 (EURO 2027 qualifiers).

Greece’s Under-19’s will feature 9 PAOK players in their ranks for the friendly matches against Hungary, in Hungary (09.10 and 12.10): Stathis Beleris, Dimitris Bataoula, Giorgos Kosidis, Bentri Dunga, Pavlos Tsiotas, Vasilis Eleftheriadis, Thanasis Papanikopoulos, Dimitris Berdos, and Anestis Mythou .

Belarus’ Under-19 have called on PAOK B defender Pavel Apiatsionak for the two friendly matches in Malta, on 10.10 and 13.10.

Finally, Evangelos Gjoka was called up to the Albania Under-19 squad for two friendly matches in Ireland (10.10 and 12.10).
