Rich European experiences for the PAOK Academy
The league season is over, and the three trophies won by our teams already take pride of place in our packed trophy cabinet. Now everyone in the PAOK Acedemy camp are fully dedicated to the upcoming international tournaments, which for June involve seven of our teams.
The Under-13s are already in Zadar, Croatia for the Dalmantiko Cup tournament (29.05-01.06). They will face Middlesbrough, Hajduk Split and Vitoria in their group.
The U-14, the U-15 of the upcoming season, are in Copenhagen for the Lungby Trophy, in which Copenhagen, Malmö, Dinamo Zagreb and Red Star participate, among others. From June 6 to 9, they will be in Frankfurt for the Mannheim Masters and on June 12, they will be in Sofia for the Youth International Tournament VivaCom Cup, organized by Ludogorets.
From June 6 to 9, our «little ones» will be in Germany, but also in the Netherlands. The U-9 and U-10 teams will participate in the Pfingst Cup in Cologne and Düsseldorf, respectively. The U-11s will also be at the Pfingst Cup in Düsseldorf, while the U-12s will try their hand at the Olympia Talent Cup in the Netherlands, along with Ajax, Sparta Prague, Lille, Anderlecht, and Eindhoven.
Last but not least, our U-17s, who do not often participate in tournaments, will take part in the ONUK Cup Sports Festival, on June 7th and 8th, in the German city of Worms near Karlsruhe, along with: Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, Vojvodina, Dinamo Zagreb, and Eintracht Frankfurt.
Three more competitive tournaments will follow. From June 13 to 16, the U-9s will be in Serbia for the Dragan Mance, while from June 20 to 23, the U-10s will return to Germany and Hanover, this time for the Raddatz Cup. France is also on the program this year, as the U-11s will be in Montpellier from June 13 to 16 for the Grinta Cup.
