The Greek<\/strong> striker came off the bench and ran on to a wonderful ball in behind the opposing defense from Giannis Konstantelias<\/strong>. Then, with a «sombrero», he skipped past his marker on the touchline, controlled the ball with his chest and unleashed a thunderbolt from an acute angle into the back of the net.<\/p>\n

Despite the tough competition, Giakoumakis<\/strong> came first in the public’s preferences and won the individual award, taking the Regency Casino Best Goal of August<\/strong> award with a percentage of 60.13%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In second place was Mady Kamara’s<\/strong> incredible goal in Austria<\/strong> against Wolfsberger<\/strong>, which gave the Double-headed Eagle<\/strong> the qualification, while the podium was completed by Kiril Despodov’s<\/strong> winner against AEL<\/strong> at the Toumba<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
