Their gear remained in the kitmen\u2019s bags and they hit the gym.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paolo Artico<\/strong>  designed a very demanding circular program of muscle strengthening and explosiveness with a variety of drills: skipping, stabilization, abdominals, direction shift, skipping rope, jumps. <strong>Dimitris Konstantinidis<\/strong> continued his recovery program.<\/p>\n<p>PAOK TV recorded exclusive footage from the session of <strong>Igor Tudor\u2019s<\/strong> players and compiled it into an entertaining video.
